1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the services of MR ATM888, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. MR ATM888 takes the protection of minors seriously and will verify the age of every account applicant.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident physically located in Malaysia at the time of registration and platform use.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• Not listed on any active self-exclusion programme.
• Has never had an account closed by MR ATM888 for a previous terms violation.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and complete. MR ATM888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your IC, bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to provide the required documents within 5 working days may result in account suspension.

2. Account Usage & Security

Account MR ATM888 yours is personal and may not be transferred, shared, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. MR ATM888 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• Notify MR ATM888 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• MR ATM888 is not responsible for any losses arising from a password that you have shared or allowed to be compromised.
• The use of automation, bots, third-party software, or any unauthorised means to access or use the platform is strictly prohibited.

Accounts found to have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM10, or closed at MR ATM888's discretion, after written notice has been sent to your registered email.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Request by the member themselves (voluntary closure).

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, MR ATM888 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and bonus winnings with pending rollover. Original deposit balances will be refunded at MR ATM888's sole discretion, subject to the outcome of the investigation.
